01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and Endor Bilişim, operated by Mustafa Burak Acarkan ("we", "our", or "us"), regarding your access to and use of the Quote Trivia mobile application ("App") and any associated services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Quote Trivia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue using the App immediately.

02. About the App & Gameplay Rules

Quote Trivia is an interactive trivia game available on Android and iOS. Players are presented with quotes from history, science, literature, philosophy, cinema, and sports, and must choose who said the quote from four options.

03. User Accounts & Fair Play

3.1 Account Creation & Guest Mode

Account creation is entirely optional. You can play anonymously without linking any account. To save your level, participate in PvP duels, or compete on global leaderboards, you may optionally sign in using Google, Apple, or Google Play Games.

3.2 Display Names & Custom Avatars

You are solely responsible for chosen display names and profile photos. You agree not to select names or upload images that are unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate usernames, avatars, or leaderboard scores without prior notice.

3.3 Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated game records at any time from within the App via Settings → Delete Account (or "Reset Progress" for guests), or by sending an email request to info@endorbilisim.com. See Section 8 of our Privacy Policy for details.

04. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your territory, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

05. Limited Licence Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Endor Bilişim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible mobile devices you own or control.

This licence explicitly prohibits you from:

• Commercializing, selling, leasing, sublicensing, or distributing the App or game assets;
• Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to reconstruct source code;
• Modifying, scraping, translating, or creating derivative works based on Quote Trivia;
• Bypassing or manipulating security checks, question stores, or score verification protocols.

06. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Quote Trivia – including software code, game design, user interfaces, visual design, sound effects, algorithms, and branding – are the exclusive property of Endor Bilişim or its licensors.

Historical quotes, famous sayings, and trivia facts referenced in the game are curated from public domain sources, historical records, and literature for educational and transformative entertainment trivia purposes.

07. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Cheat

To maintain fair play and an enjoyable experience for all players, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, automation scripts, memory injectors, or third-party exploits to artificially inflate scores, XP, or duel wins;
• Interfere with or disrupt cloud servers, Firestore databases, or networks hosting Quote Trivia;
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage or hijack software/hardware;
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players, developers, or staff in duel names or community channels.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate score forfeiture, ban from leaderboards, and termination of account access.

08. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads). By playing Quote Trivia, you agree to the presentation of ads.

We do not endorse and are not liable for third-party advertisements or advertiser goods/services. Any dealings with advertisers found within the App are solely between you and that third party.

09. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Quote Trivia may offer optional in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads"). All payments are processed securely through the official app store platform (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

• Non-Refundable: All digital transactions are final and non-refundable, except as required under mandatory consumer law or the refund policies of Google Play / Apple.
• Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable purchases (like ad removal) are tied to your store ID and can be restored across compatible devices.
• No Cash Value: In-game XP, levels, lives, streaks, and virtual badges possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE AT ALL TIMES.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Endor Bilişim, Mustafa Burak Acarkan, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or game progress) arising from your use of or inability to access the App.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims related to the App shall in no event exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Endor Bilişim, its owner, and representatives from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

We reserve the right, without liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or online features if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and requesting deletion of your cloud account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to Quote Trivia shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings or disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Endor Bilişim regarding Quote Trivia.
