1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wordletter Unlimited mobile application ("App") provided by Endor Bilişim, operated by Mustafa Burak Acarkan ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

Wordletter Unlimited is a word-guessing puzzle game available on Android and iOS platforms. The App is free to download and play, supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. Certain features — including removal of advertisements and access to global leaderboards — may require an optional in-app purchase or account sign-in.

Users may optionally connect their account using Google Sign-In or Google Play Games to participate in the global leaderboard and synchronise progress across devices. Account creation is entirely optional; the App is fully playable without signing in.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To create an account, you must sign in via Google Sign-In or Google Play Games (Android only). By doing so, you authorise us to receive your display name, profile photo URL, and a pseudonymous identifier from those services. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your credentials or allow others to use your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at info@endorbilisim.com.

3.3 Leaderboard Content

By submitting a score to the leaderboard, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your display name, profile photo, and score within the App and on associated platforms. You may withdraw this by deleting your account (see Section 3.4).

3.4 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your user profile and all leaderboard scores associated with your account. For more details, see our Privacy Policy, Section 8.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

5. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This licence does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game mechanics, software code, and word lists — are the exclusive property of Endor Bilişim or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Wordletter Unlimited name, logo, or any other trademarks of Endor Bilişim without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the game or on the leaderboard
• Manipulate, falsify, or artificially inflate leaderboard scores
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App's scoring mechanisms
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its backend infrastructure
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries and suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these rules.

8. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob to provide the App free of charge. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Users who purchase the optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase will not be shown advertisements for as long as that purchase remains active.

9. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads"). All transactions are processed through the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are facilitated via RevenueCat, our subscription and purchase management platform. All purchases are subject to:

• RevenueCat's Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for any billing issues arising from the app store platform. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by the relevant app store's refund policy.

In-app purchases are tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account and may be restored on another device using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings. If you have signed in to the App, purchases may also be tied to your App account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that any errors in the App will be corrected. You use the App entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENDOR BİLİŞİM AND MUSTAFA BURAK ACARKAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Endor Bilişim, Mustafa Burak Acarkan, and their respective affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

13. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion — including in cases of suspected cheating, leaderboard manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App immediately ceases.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. If you have an account, you should delete it before uninstalling (see Section 3.4).

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
